About the role
Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Associate to join the new Yonge & Elm branch in Toronto. You will be the face of the branch, guiding customers through their financial journeys and ensuring a high‑quality experience at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a lobby leader, triaging and assisting customers efficiently.
- Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities, such as opening accounts, processing pre‑approved credit offers, and handling GICs.
- Build and nurture long‑standing customer relationships.
- Promote and demonstrate mobile and digital banking solutions to clients.
- Contribute to branch targets by meeting sales and service goals.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings as needed.
- Experience in simple sales, proactive marketing calls, and providing basic financial advice.
- Previous banking experience is a strong asset.
