Senior Investment Coordinator

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Liquid Assets, this 12‑month contract supports Total Portfolio Management (TPM) by handling operational and business administration tasks. The role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can manage high volumes of requests while maintaining confidentiality and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and coordinating schedules for senior leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, procurement activities, and ensure compliance with budget and policy parameters.
• Oversee multiple cost centres, departmental budgets, invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate investment committee and team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute‑taking, and follow‑up actions.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis, research, and special projects to support business priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience working directly with investment professionals.
• University education in business, finance or related field; Canadian Securities Course preferred.
• Proven experience in investment‑related procurement and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
