Group Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for Zafin’s Corporate & Commercial product portfolio within the Banking Platform organization. The role will guide products such as Deal Manager, Billing, Account Analysis, Groups, and Hierarchies for corporate and commercial banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead, coach and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts.
• Partner with senior leadership, including the Chief Product Officer, to set portfolio priorities.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, QA, Design and Sales to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Conduct market and user research to uncover new opportunities and inform strategy.
• Analyze portfolio performance against revenue, adoption and satisfaction metrics and act on insights.
• Represent the portfolio in executive and customer‑facing discussions and lead product demonstrations.
• Recruit, hire and develop product talent, overseeing their professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS, with 3‑5 years in financial services.
• Proven track record of setting strategy and roadmap for a multi‑product portfolio.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including senior‑level and customer engagement.
• Experience driving collaboration across Engineering, QA, Design and go‑to‑market teams.
