Product & Pricing Consultant (Level II/III)

About the role

Zafin is an AI platform company that helps regulated financial institutions modernize product, pricing, offers, billing and relationship management. As a Product & Pricing Consultant you will partner with customers to implement Zafin’s SaaS solutions, translating business requirements into scalable functional designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Elicit, analyze and document business and functional requirements, performing fit‑gap analysis.
• Prepare implementation deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, process flows and test documentation.
• Configure and validate Zafin solutions based on approved designs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and cross‑functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning and functional clarifications.
• Plan and support functional, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, customer training and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Build strong customer relationships, manage functional risks and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• 5+ years of functional consulting, business analysis or solution consulting experience in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of banking products and pricing, including deposits, lending, cards, fees, rates and offers.
• Proven experience leading workshops, gathering requirements and performing fit‑gap analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Required skills

• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations and data mapping.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts and Agile methodologies.
• Experience implementing SaaS enterprise applications.
