About the Role
Join a leading pension organization as Assistant Director, Board Services, a strategic operational leadership position based in Victoria, BC. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable services to pension fund boards and senior partners, driving excellence through disciplined execution and strategic oversight.
Main Missions
- Oversee branch operations in close collaboration with the Director to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Strengthen planning and execution discipline by establishing clear standards, metrics, and controls.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams through clear expectations and accountability.
- Mentor the team in disciplined, risk-aware project delivery.
- Translate organizational strategy into predictable results and an exceptional client experience.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in operational leadership and strategic management.
- Strong operational judgment with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborative leader with a people-centric approach and a focus on mentorship.
- Ability to drive consistency, punctuality, and high-quality outcomes in a regulated environment.
