Senior Project Manager – Finance Technology (Capital Markets)

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead finance‑technology initiatives that require deep capital markets expertise. You will translate strategic visions into actionable program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define high‑level scope, design and deliverables for finance technology projects.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, implementation plans, and KPI reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, escalating complex issues to executive steering committees.
• Operationalize governance, oversee risk‑based forecasting, and manage performance against integrated project plans.
• Build the business case for change and design end‑state transformation roadmaps in collaboration with Business and IT delivery teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and technology owners to ensure superior client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale finance or capital markets technology programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and focus efforts on high‑value outcomes.
• Experience in risk assessment, governance, and KPI‑driven reporting.
