Senior Corporate Tax Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Senior Corporate Tax Consultant to join our Toronto office. You will advise corporate clients on complex tax matters, develop planning strategies, and ensure compliance with Canadian and international tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate tax returns and related filings.
• Support tax audits and manage interactions with tax authorities.
• Identify tax efficiencies and provide detailed technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor legislative changes, interpret regulatory updates, and translate them into practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance and legal departments on tax‑related projects.
• Mentor junior tax staff and contribute to process improvements and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in corporate tax consulting or a similar role.
• Professional designation such as CPA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning of Canadian and international tax regulations.
