Residential Property Manager

About the role

Whitehall Investments Ltd. is seeking a proactive Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in Vancouver. You will act as the primary liaison between property owners and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
• Monitor lease terms to ensure compliance and address any breaches.
• Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
• Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income.
• Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate/diploma (3 months to less than 1 year).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience working in property management companies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
