About the role
Whitehall Investments Ltd. is seeking a proactive Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in Vancouver. You will act as the primary liaison between property owners and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
- Monitor lease terms to ensure compliance and address any breaches.
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
- Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income.
- Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate/diploma (3 months to less than 1 year).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in property management.
- Experience working in property management companies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
