About the role

Greystar, a global leader in rental housing and real‑estate development, is seeking a Development Analyst to support its development platform. The analyst will work closely with brokers, capital partners, institutional clients, and the internal development team to evaluate and close real‑estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of development opportunities, including building detailed financial models and pro‑forma projections.
• Gather, research, and analyze market data to identify and assess potential development projects.
• Prepare documentation that facilitates the evaluation and closing of real‑estate transactions.
• Interact with real‑estate brokers, capital partners, and institutional clients to support transaction processes.
• Track and report the status of transactions across assigned geographic markets.
• Assist in monitoring ongoing projects through execution and delivery phases.
