Accommodation Officer

About the role

The Accommodation Officer will oversee rental operations and property services for SolutionCondo in Montréal. This role involves managing agents, supervising superintendents, and ensuring lease agreements are properly executed while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise rental agents and building superintendents.
• Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
• Prepare and administer contracts for maintenance and other property services.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs.
• Compile and maintain records of operating expenses and income, and prepare related reports.
• Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
