Virtual Assistant for Airbnb, VRBO & Booking.com

About the role

We are a dynamic property management company focused on short‑term rentals. We need a proactive Virtual Assistant to handle guest communication, booking coordination, and operational tasks across Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, manage bookings, changes, cancellations and provide check‑in/out instructions and local recommendations.
• Monitor availability calendars, set correct pricing and minimum stays, and coordinate cleaning and maintenance based on bookings.
• Organise guest reviews, performance metrics, occupancy rates and maintain documentation for expenses, guest issues and work orders.
• Answer or return calls related to guest or vendor matters, acting as the first point of contact and escalating when needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience as a Virtual Assistant for short‑term rentals (must).
• Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and channel‑management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Availability to respond during business hours with flexibility for urgent matters.
• Tech‑savvy with online tools, spreadsheets and mobile apps.
