About the role
TD Bank Group is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant I to provide dedicated support to multiple senior leaders. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain calendar management for Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Assistant Vice Presidents, resolving conflicts with creative solutions.
- Coordinate national and international travel, including re‑scheduling due to delays and managing related logistics.
- Process expense reports for teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities, such as asset and access management and supply ordering.
- Assist in planning and executing in‑office or virtual meetings, town halls, and off‑site events, including venue booking, agenda development, technology setup, PowerPoint deck preparation, and catering arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
