About the role
We are looking for a Real Estate Secretary to support our office operations. This position is based on‑site and offers the chance to develop administrative expertise within the property sector while meeting security and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the office.
- Open, sort and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the team.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, reliable and able to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to undergo security clearance, criminal record and credit checks.
