About the role
The Operational Effectiveness (OE) Strategy & Enablement Team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of the OE strategy roadmap. This role will support Personal & Commercial Operations (PCO) by translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and driving transformational projects, including the enablement of agentic AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the operational effectiveness strategy roadmap, ensuring scalable advancement across OE activities.
- Translate strategy into action by fostering a common understanding of priorities, outcomes, and OKRs across the organization.
- Identify and anchor horizontal mechanisms and routines to ensure cross‑functional engagement, transparency to senior leadership, and alignment with PCO strategy.
- Lead and coordinate key transformational deliverables, reporting progress and insights to leadership and removing roadblocks.
- Interpret complex analysis and outcomes into clear, actionable insights and executive‑level communications.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate strategy, align resources, and drive discovery and delivery of initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in strategy development, connecting high‑level strategies with analytics, trends, and leadership perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into initiatives, OKRs, and strategic roadmaps with effective governance.
- Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and facilitation skills, especially working closely with senior leaders.
- Exceptional story‑boarding ability to convey complex concepts simply and build support for strategic direction.
