Busser / Dishwasher – Food & Beverage Support

About the role

Join the Wild Wing team at Canlan Sports as a Busser/Dishwasher. You will work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, supporting the food and beverage team by keeping tables clean, refilling water, and ensuring all dishes and utensils are properly sanitized.

Key responsibilities

• Clear, sanitize and set tables for new guests.
• Assist servers by delivering orders and refilling water.
• Operate and maintain dish machines according to manufacturer specifications.
• Restock clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Clean and sanitize other restaurant areas as required.
• Complete opening and closing procedures based on shift schedule.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous food & beverage experience is an asset.
• Outgoing, positive attitude and team‑oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Knowledge of proper detergent and sanitizer measurements.
