About the role
As a Team Member you will be the smiling face that greets and serves customers while learning every station in the restaurant. The role offers flexible scheduling, including overnight shifts, and provides the opportunity to develop skills across cooking, order taking and drive‑through operations. You will join a supportive team that values growth and fun in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting customers as they enter the restaurant
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Opening and/or closing the restaurant with a team
- Cooking fresh, hand‑breaded chicken
- Packing orders for service or take‑out
- Leading the drive‑through operations
Required profile
- Fun and friendly attitude with pride in customer service
- Enjoys talking and engaging with customers beyond taking orders
- Consistently punctual and reliable
- Loves working collaboratively within a team
- Thrives in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
- Eager to learn all areas of restaurant operations
