We’re expanding our brand‑new ice‑cream shop, Scooped by Demetres, in Scarborough Town Centre. After 35+ years of pioneering craft ice‑cream, we’re looking for enthusiastic people to join a high‑energy, kind, and positive team that serves handcrafted flavours in a bright, welcoming environment. If you love ice‑cream and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, this part‑time artisan role is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm and personable service to every guest.
- Explain the craft behind our ice‑cream flavours in an engaging way.
- Guide guests toward their soon‑to‑be favourite flavours.
- Scoop and serve large volumes of ice‑cream efficiently.
Required profile
- Work quickly and efficiently while multitasking.
- Learn fast, follow directions, keep a clean station and stay organized.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and colleagues.
