About the role
Happy Kingdom Playground – Sheppard is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to staff its indoor playground, primarily on weekends. The role involves front‑desk duties, assisting with birthday parties and ensuring a safe, clean environment for families.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service.
- Check in customers, process payments and explain admission, waiver and playground rules.
- Assist with birthday parties, including room setup and cleanup.
- Monitor play areas to support a safe environment.
- Answer customer questions in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
- Restock supplies and support daily operations as needed.
Required profile
- Customer service experience is an asset.
- Experience working with children or in hospitality is an asset.
- Friendly, responsible and dependable.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
