About the role
Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations is seeking a Brick and Stone Mason to join its team in Greater Sudbury (Falconbridge), Ontario. This is a full-time, permanent, unionized position filling an existing vacancy, paid at $44.39 per hour and eligible for applicable bonuses. The work site is not accessible by public transportation.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside the crew in all aspects of brick and stone masonry.
- Provide recommendations to engineering personnel on enhanced masonry techniques that optimize the performance and longevity of refractory materials.
Required profile
- Certified Brick and Stone Mason.
- Strong mechanical and communication skills, written and oral.
- Commitment to health, safety, training and continuous improvement.
