Box Office Cashier (Part‑Time)

If you enjoy being part of live events and interacting with people, this position is for you. SaskTel Centre is seeking enthusiastic Box Office Cashiers for casual, evening and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Process event ticket sales in person using SaskTel Centre ticketing software and support customers on the phone with online purchases.
• Provide event details to customers, including schedules, descriptions, policy explanations, and facility access/egress information.
• Respond to complaints and enquiries in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Prepare shift revenue balancing reports, balance cash float, and prepare bank deposits.

Required profile

• Knowledge of cash‑handling procedures, transaction balancing, and deposit preparation.
• Understanding of customer service principles and ability to remain calm during high‑volume periods.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and perform arithmetic calculations.
• Capability to establish effective working relationships.
