Front Store Supervisor, Hourly Part Time Flexible Shifts

About the role

We are looking for a Front Store Supervisor to lead the customer service and cash operations in our Saskatoon location. This part‑time, flexible‑shift role ensures a smooth store experience while supporting the Associate‑Owner’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash handling, cashier staff, and daily cash office inventory, ensuring loss‑prevention standards and PC Optimum procedures are followed.
• Train and guide cashiers and merchandisers, enforce store policies, and maintain a professional image in line with the uniform policy.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve refunds or exchanges, and promote the CSI Survey to gather feedback.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves with proper product rotation and set up or take down displays as directed.
• Perform general housekeeping, health and safety compliance, and occasional clerical or banking duties.

Required profile

• Strong judgment and decision‑making ability with independent thinking for store organization.
• Problem‑solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Computer literacy and efficient time‑management.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and knowledgeable about store products and supplies.
