Senior Sales Development Representative (French Speaking)

About the role

Parent.App, a childcare management system, is looking for a high-energy Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for its Canadian markets. The SDR connects with key decision-makers and books qualified meetings for the Account Executives Team. The role suits natural communicators who enjoy outbound sales.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out proactively to prospects by cold calling and email to build relationships
• Identify and qualify key decision-makers across target accounts
• Make high volumes of outbound calls, meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Book meetings with Executive Directors and other senior stakeholders through brief, consultative calls
• Handle objections professionally and persist until appointments are secured
• Nurture relationships over long sales cycles, sometimes up to a year of follow-up
• Work with the Head of the Function and the AE Team on outreach strategies and ideal customer profiles
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the company's CRM
• Hit monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified leads

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or cold calling
• Exceptional spoken and written French, able to engage and persuade senior stakeholders across Canada
• Comfortable making many outbound calls and dealing with gatekeepers
• Able to work within the Eastern Time Zone (GMT-5)
• Resilient, coachable and highly motivated
