Senior Sales Development Representative - Consultative B2B Sales

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Its client is a sales consultancy and certified HubSpot Solutions Partner based in Ontario, which builds scalable sales engines for owner-led B2B companies through custom playbooks, compensation plans and CRM architectures, plus hands-on training and coaching. The consultancy is expanding and is looking for a senior SDR to build its frontline, targeting Ontario-based firms. The role is fully remote and requires a strict 9-5 EST schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source high-fit leads matching the ICP of owner-led B2B companies
• Run high-volume outreach via cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads so that every discovery meeting has a high chance of conversion
• Maintain 100% data integrity in HubSpot, logging every activity and insight
• Use ChatGPT and Claude to streamline messaging, research prospects and optimise outreach
• Work with the founder to hand off qualified leads and give feedback on market resonance

Required profile

• Multiple years of SDR experience selling complex, consultative services or high-ticket B2B solutions
• Advanced, no-training-required HubSpot proficiency
• Proven success in cold calling, strategic emailing and LinkedIn social selling
• Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
• Exceptional professional English, able to build rapport with business owners and executives
• Ability to work a strict 9-5 EST schedule
