Customer Service Representative - Collision Repair Facility

About the role

The Aviva AutoCare Centre, a collision repair facility powered by Solus and backed by Aviva, is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Mississauga. The representative is the face of the facility toward customers, works in customer service, parts, planning transportation and driving, and ensures vehicles are collected, repaired and returned within expected time standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize duties as agreed with site leaders to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Give customers repair updates by the agreed method (face to face, email, phone, text, etc.)
• Collect excess payments accurately and on time
• Resolve customer queries professionally and courteously
• Handle customer vehicles safely, picking them up from a designated location, driving them to the fulfilment centre and returning them to the customer's agreed location
• Escalate issues where appropriate and promote the centre's values and goals

Required profile

• Post-secondary education
• Valid driver's licence
• Experience in the collision repair industry
• Knowledge of collision repair and insurance principles is an asset
• Solid knowledge of automotive preventative maintenance, refurbishment and repair practices
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills, with strong organization and time management
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to take direction under pressure

Required skills

• Proficiency with body shop management systems; knowledge of Body Shop Connect is preferred
• Detail-oriented quality control
