About the role
Vape Villa is a locally owned retailer in Saskatoon offering vape supplies and helping customers transition from smoking to vaping. We are seeking reliable individuals to promote a respectful and positive work environment while providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key responsibilities
- Operate point of sale system, request ID, and collect payment from customers.
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service.
- Become familiar with products and offer guidance to customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Promote store membership to customers.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory.
- Help keep store clean and organized.
- Cover shifts when needed.
Required profile
- Age 19+.
- At least 1 year retail experience.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Reliable and calm demeanor with friendly attitude.
- Professional conduct at all times.
