Associate – Regulatory Reporting

About the role
The Associate will join the US Regulatory Services team, supporting the accurate and timely submission of a wide range of regulatory reports. This position combines day‑to‑day operational execution with opportunities to improve processes, manage risk, and act as a key escalation point for junior analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily reporting activities for assigned reports such as Electronic Blue Sheets (EBS), Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT), CAIS, SEC 13DG/H, LOPR, Short Interest, TRACE, MSRB, and others.
- Serve as a final reviewer for regulatory submissions and provide escalation support on complex issues.
- Develop and implement controls to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of reporting, and resolve identified exceptions.
- Prioritize and address reporting anomalies, produce stakeholder presentations, and assist with impact assessments of system or business changes.
- Document, revise, and maintain procedures for new and existing reports; perform user testing for process enhancements.
- Supervise junior analysts and cover for the Team Manager during absences.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Understanding of financial products (equities, listed derivatives, fixed income, OTC derivatives).
- Knowledge of the trade life‑cycle, including order entry and execution.
