Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Plan Group is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment across its construction, engineering, estimating and operations teams. You will shape the company’s talent brand, build pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Define roles, screen candidates, conduct evaluations and extend offers.
• Lead weekly recruitment meetings and develop strategic candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate on employee value proposition and employer branding across social media.
• Design recruitment strategies for core functions such as Engineering, Estimating and Operations.
• Promote internal mobility, support workforce planning and career path discussions.
• Manage international candidate relocation and immigration processes, including LMIA applications.
• Administer the applicant tracking system, post jobs, and report HR metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, etc.).

Required profile

• Post‑secondary degree or diploma; HR major preferred.
• Minimum five years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms.
