About the role
The Learning & Development Specialist will support McCain’s global supply chain planning and S&OP transformation. Reporting to the L&D Manager, Global Transformation, the role focuses on coordinating training strategy across global and regional teams to ensure alignment and effective deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and synthesize regional input for the global training strategy.
- Coordinate alignment activities and maintain a clear training calendar.
- Track progress of training initiatives and report status to stakeholders.
- Enable regional transformation teams to operationalize training content and processes.
- Facilitate communication between global L&D leads, regional change agents, and external consultants.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines across time zones.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and drive alignment.
- Attention to detail in documentation and progress tracking.
- Ability to balance global consistency with local customization.
