People (HR) Internship

About the role

This 15‑week People (HR) Internship offers hands‑on experience working on a strategic HR project. You will be based in Toronto, collaborating with multiple HR teams and senior leaders while developing both technical and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strategic HR project in areas such as Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Rewards, Labour Relations or People Operations.
• Take ownership and deliver results that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple HR teams to gain exposure to all facets of the People function.
• Deepen understanding of core People processes and best‑practice programs.
• Work alongside a supportive team of HR professionals to achieve your career goals.
