Early Talent Recruiting Senior Analyst

About the role

The Entry Level Recruiting Analyst delivers a personalized, high‑touch candidate experience to meet Accenture’s early‑talent hiring needs across Western Canada. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the broader Talent Acquisition team, the analyst builds and converts high‑potential student pipelines for Accenture’s early‑talent programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to design tailored recruiting approaches for entry‑level demand.
• Execute full‑cycle recruitment for early‑talent programs, serving as primary point of contact for candidates, schools, and student groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with career centres, faculty, student associations, and campus clubs to boost brand visibility.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, case competitions, workshops, and networking events.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage offers in line with program timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruitment tools (Workday, HiredScore, Paradox) and track campus recruitment metrics.
• Represent Accenture as a brand ambassador on campus and stay current on recruitment trends in Western Canada.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably within early‑talent programs.
• Bilingual in French and English with solid knowledge of the post‑secondary landscape in Western Canada.
• Proven ability to build and manage campus partnerships and recruitment programs.
• Experience planning and executing campus events.
• Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and use of ATS/recruitment tracking tools.
