Learning & Development Specialist – 18‑Month Contract (Global Transformation)

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will support McCain’s global supply chain planning and S&OP transformation. Reporting to the L&D Manager, Global Transformation, the role focuses on coordinating training strategy across global and regional teams to ensure alignment and effective deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize regional input for the global training strategy.
• Coordinate alignment activities and maintain a clear training calendar.
• Track progress of training initiatives and report status to stakeholders.
• Enable regional transformation teams to operationalize training content and processes.
• Facilitate communication between global L&D leads, regional change agents, and external consultants.
