About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate you will be the welcoming face of the Yonge & Mulock branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals while delivering a friendly, efficient service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized assistance.
• Process daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote digital and self‑service banking tools, guiding clients through mobile app usage.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
