About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate you will be the welcoming face of the Yonge & Mulock branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals while delivering a friendly, efficient service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized assistance.
- Process daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
- Promote digital and self‑service banking tools, guiding clients through mobile app usage.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Required profile
- Proven customer‑service experience through work or community involvement.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Comfortable handling basic sales situations.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, learning‑oriented attitude.
