About the role
TD’s Small Business Banking division is seeking an Account Manager to join its Vancouver team. You will be the primary point of contact for small‑business clients, delivering a legendary customer experience while driving profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain and expand relationships with existing small‑business customers in the community.
- Network with local business leaders to generate new business development opportunities.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal Branch Banking, Commercial Banking Centers and Wealth partners to deliver holistic advice.
- Stay current on emerging market trends and share knowledge within the team.
- Contribute to a positive, innovative team environment and ensure timely communication.
Required profile
- Proven ability to develop long‑lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a drive for measurable results.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple banking units.
