Windows Directory & Server Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Windows Directory & Server Administrator with 6‑8 years of experience to lead Active Directory upgrades and migration projects. The role combines hands‑on server management, AD administration, and participation in Agile delivery cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and DNS environments.
• Identify and resolve AD replication and domain‑controller issues.
• Support AD migration to Windows Server 2019, including domain‑controller promotion and validation.
• Rebuild and deploy Windows servers using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
• Execute scripts, analyze results, and produce migration reports.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, OS, hardware, and network connectivity problems.
• Document configurations, issues, resolutions, and implementation activities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery tasks.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (up to 4 days onsite per week).
