IAM & Privilege Access Management Analyst

About the role

Arctiq is seeking an IAM & Privilege Access Management Analyst on a contract basis to support account governance and clean‑up initiatives across on‑premises and cloud environments. The role is hybrid, based in Toronto, and requires a proactive self‑starter who can work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and clean up inactive local Windows and Linux accounts, as well as cloud accounts in AWS and Azure.
• Analyze Oracle account scans, determine ownership, and coordinate remediation of non‑human and default schema accounts.
• Run CMDB deltas, identify missing applications in the IAM inventory, and work with owners to address gaps.
• Assess existing IAM controls such as SSO, MFA, RBAC documentation, and ServiceNow catalog, recommending improvements.
• Assist application owners with remediation actions and risk exception processes.
