Welder/Fabricator – Full-Time in Kelowna

About the role

Multi-Power Products Ltd., a leading Canadian manufacturer of exploratory drilling and industrial equipment, is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator for its Kelowna shop. This hands‑on position focuses on producing high‑quality parts on short lead times while collaborating with design engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned fabrication tasks.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel and aluminium components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, suggest design simplifications, and build parts from sketches or verbal instructions.
• Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and directions from the department manager and lead hand.

Required profile

• Certified welder with post‑secondary training.
• At least 5 years of related fabrication experience.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) and safety‑training certification.
• Personal welding tools.
