Performance Strategy Senior Associate – MBA (Canada)

About the role

This position is with the Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture, focusing on delivering rapid, sustainable results for large organisations. As a Senior Associate you will combine rigorous analysis with hands‑on implementation, working directly with clients from the shop floor to the C‑suite on process improvement, supply‑chain optimisation and back‑office transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams on‑site to translate analytical recommendations into actionable results.
• Lead improvement initiatives across heavy‑industry, construction and natural‑resources environments, travelling up to 80% of the time.
• Support end‑to‑end project delivery, from data analysis to implementation and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or MBA (expected graduation Winter 2026/2027) with a distinction average.
• Up to 6 years of commercial experience, preferably with exposure to natural‑resources or operations consulting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability, comfortable with extensive travel and field‑based work.
• Demonstrated community, sporting or volunteering involvement is valued.
