Warehouse Helper

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Helper to join our Edmonton facility. In this role you will support production by receiving, storing, and moving materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials to meet production needs.
• Organize and label inventory in designated locations for easy retrieval.
• Sort, verify, and deliver glass units to production areas while preventing damage.
• Perform yard activities such as stacking, staging, and delivering materials.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and other handling equipment.
• Verify quantities against work orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Package, label, and secure items for shipment or internal transfer.
• Maintain clean, hazard‑free aisles, storage areas, and workstations.
• Follow health and safety procedures and promote safe handling practices.
• Collaborate with team members and leads to meet productivity targets and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb and perform repetitive movements.
• Willingness to work day and/or evening shifts, with overtime as needed.
• Comfort working in a production environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
