About the role

Airbus Atlantique Canada is looking for a Supply Chain and Supplier Quality Manager to coordinate between buyers and the supply chain team. The role focuses on supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide feedback to buyers on suppliers during tender processes.
• Manage contract aspects related to supply chain and quality.
• Oversee supplier quality approval and report on performance metrics such as quality, delivery, and cost.
• Initiate and monitor recovery plans and improvement projects with suppliers.
• Identify industrial risks of suppliers and propose mitigation actions.
• Evaluate supplier capacity and overall performance.
• Monitor introduction of new products and work transfers to ensure industrial maturity.
• Track supplier performance indicators and develop action plans.
• Conduct business reviews with suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or supply chain management.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a supplier‑related role.
• Strong supplier relationship management and load analysis skills.
• Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Understanding of inventory management.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
• Rigorous work ethic, analytical mindset, and ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.
• Bilingual French and English, both oral and written, for supplier communications.
