Vice President, Product Management, Enterprise Loyalty Consulting

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead its Enterprise Loyalty Consulting practice within the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team. The role will shape the vision and strategy for loyalty solutions that help leading financial institutions deepen relationships with their consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and product strategy for Enterprise Loyalty consulting, overseeing a portfolio of solutions that drive consumer engagement for major financial institutions.
• Develop and maintain a go‑to‑market playbook, create compelling product narratives, and partner with regional teams to build pipeline and adoption.
• Engage directly with clients to understand pain points, validate impact, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Monitor competitive trends, emerging rewards models, and broader loyalty innovation across global markets.
• Support business case development, pricing, packaging, and commercialization planning while managing a balanced product roadmap.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading loyalty and rewards programs at a major financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of payments, financial services, and marketing.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications or digital media.
• Proven ability to drive strategic alignment in a matrix organization and build strong internal and external relationships.
• Consultative mindset with strong communication skills and a track record of delivering measurable client impact.
