Vendor Enrollment Specialist (Contract)

About the role

The Vendor Enrollment Specialist serves as the first point of contact for CashetPay clients, assisting them in setting up vendors for payment. This role involves outreach, onboarding, and maintaining accurate vendor records within multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vendor outreach and onboarding through the CashetPay Vendor Portal or approved alternatives.
• Respond to client and vendor emails in Salesforce promptly.
• Collect, review, and validate vendor banking, tax, and payment information.
• Set up and maintain vendor records in Salesforce, CashetPay, and banking partner systems.
• Process domestic and foreign vendor setups following documented guidelines.
• Monitor Salesforce cases, provide timely responses, and escalate discrepancies or risks.
• Coordinate with the payment processor to set up foreign vendors and resolve stale or uncashed checks.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with client‑facing acumen.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the film production industry is an asset.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
