About the role
This is a senior, autonomous advisory position for a seasoned sales leader who will act as an outsourced Vice President of Sales for multiple small and medium‑sized businesses across Canada. You will leverage extensive executive sales experience to diagnose performance gaps, design scalable strategies, and implement proven sales systems that drive measurable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assess current sales capabilities of client companies and identify performance gaps.
- Design and implement scalable sales strategies, processes, and structures to improve revenue generation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop internal sales teams to boost productivity and deal execution.
- Partner directly with business owners and executive stakeholders to align sales strategy with overall business objectives.
- Create customized sales playbooks, forecasting models, KPIs, and performance‑management systems.
- Deliver measurable improvements in revenue, pipeline development, and sales efficiency across diverse industries.
Required profile
- 16+ years of overall sales experience with a strong B2B track record.
- Minimum 8+ years in senior sales leadership roles with direct responsibility for teams and revenue outcomes.
- Proven experience managing revenue portfolios of $25M+ annually or equivalent scope.
- Deep expertise in building, scaling, or transforming sales organizations.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and business owners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently across multiple client engagements.
