Sales Manager

About the role

Royal York Property Management is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its remote sales team handling inbound property owner inquiries from initial contact through onboarding. The role focuses on qualifying opportunities, delivering demos, overcoming objections, closing new clients, and ensuring smooth file management until handoff to the Property Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote team of Sales Representatives to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive daily execution including speed‑to‑lead, demos, follow‑up discipline, client sign‑ups, onboarding progress, CRM activity, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, and performance reports; conduct 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Hold team members accountable for missed follow‑ups, weak demos, low conversion, poor CRM discipline, and stalled files.
• Monitor active files to ensure efficient progression from inquiry through onboarding to handoff.
• Support hiring by evaluating candidates and identifying top performers.
• Improve team output using AI tools, reporting, call summaries, QA, and coaching insights.

Required profile

• 8+ years total sales experience with at least 4 years in sales management.
• 2+ years proven experience managing a fully remote sales team across time zones.
• Experience overseeing 8–15+ direct reports.
• Strong coaching ability based on real calls, data, and results.
• Confident, direct leader who maintains standards without creating chaos.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with CRM systems and team‑wide dashboards/reports.
• Proficiency with AI tools for sales management.
