Remote Sales Manager for Property Management

About the role

Royal York Property Management is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead its fully remote sales team. The team works with inbound property‑owner inquiries, guiding prospects from first contact through onboarding and handoff to the property‑management group. Success is driven by speed, disciplined follow‑up, strong demos, and rigorous CRM management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and hold accountable a remote team of 8‑15 sales representatives to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive daily execution metrics such as speed‑to‑lead, demo quality, follow‑up discipline, client sign‑ups and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, CRM notes and performance reports; conduct 1:1 coaching, pipeline reviews and scorecard assessments.
• Monitor active files to ensure smooth transition from inquiry through onboarding to the property‑management team.
• Support hiring by evaluating candidates and identifying top performers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of total sales experience, including 4+ years in sales management with proven performance improvements.
• 2+ years managing a fully remote sales team across multiple time zones.
• Experience overseeing 8‑15+ direct reports and delivering results in an inbound‑sales environment.
• Strong coaching ability based on real calls, data and outcomes.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance reporting, QA and coaching.
