Retail Representative – Sales and Merchandising

About the role

Join Merchandising Consultants Associates as a Retail Representative focused on sales and merchandising. You will work on‑site in High Level, AB, setting up product displays, stocking shelves and ensuring brand standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange merchandise according to detailed planograms.
• Build, modify and dismantle displays while adhering to client quality and branding standards.
• Keep products well‑stocked, properly arranged and ready for purchase.
• Install signage and perform additional merchandising services as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos and provide regular updates to keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Reliable, takes pride in work and has experience in grocery, drug‑store or big‑box merchandising.
• Can read and execute planograms and possesses a self‑starter mindset.
• Valid driver’s licence with access to an insured vehicle.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and resides in the specified location.

Required skills

• Familiarity with smartphone technology for taking photos and using imaging apps.
• Ability to use image‑recognition and scanning tools to collect retail data.
