Vice President of Operations

About the role

CRAFT Living is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its senior leadership team in Burnaby, BC. This senior operational leader will partner directly with the CEO to drive execution, accountability, and cross‑functional alignment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day business execution and translate strategic priorities into clear operating plans.
• Establish operating rhythms, management processes, and accountability mechanisms to improve decision‑making.
• Align sales forecasts, inventory investment, production planning, customer commitments, and operational capacity.
• Oversee product quality, warranty performance, and resolution of customer issues, ensuring root‑cause remediation.
• Leverage customer feedback, claims data, and market insights to drive continuous improvement in products, processes, and service delivery.
• Champion Lean principles across manufacturing and supply‑chain functions to boost productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and scalability.
• Improve production throughput, workflow efficiency, and operational consistency.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operational leader who enjoys building structure, developing leaders, and creating scalable business processes.
• Extensive senior‑level experience in operations, manufacturing, and supply‑chain management.
• Strong judgment, ability to learn quickly, solve complex problems, and implement practical solutions.
