Vice President of Finance

About the role

As Vice President of Finance you will be a highly experienced tactical and strategic finance professional. You will oversee all financial aspects of the company, from planning and analysis to risk management and regulatory compliance, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the Executive Team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
• Oversee treasury functions, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Act as primary liaison with investors, analysts, and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate financing terms with banks and financial institutions.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field with CPA designation; MBA is an asset.
• 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in a fast‑growing SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record of scaling finance operations, raising capital and driving profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross‑functional partnership abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in capital management, investor relations and risk mitigation.
