Transaction Services Senior Manager – Financial Services (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is hiring a Transaction Services Senior Manager for its Financial Services Financial Due Diligence practice within Deals Transaction Services. The team supports buy-side and sell-side due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, covering insurance, banking and capital markets, asset and wealth management and fintech. The role is bilingual French/English outside Quebec; French fluency is required for Quebec-based opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transaction process across the deal continuum and collaborate with other lines of service and network firms
• Analyse and validate financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions, and deliver diligence reports and presentations to clients
• Manage project risk, including commercial, contractual and delivery risks
• Build client relationships and professional networks, and develop your own personal brand
• Coach and mentor junior staff, acting as a career coach for one or more employees
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs and raise invoices

Required profile

• Senior Manager level experience with solid financial due diligence experience; financial services experience preferred
• Proven team management and leadership of due diligence engagements
• Strong communication, presentation and report writing skills
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Canadian CPA or equivalent reciprocal designation is an asset; French fluency required for Quebec roles

The salary range is $116,100 - $166,100, with possible variable incentive pay.
